Personal Training:
With BellFitness’ 12, 6, and 3 month programs you’ll meet with a trainer 1-2 times per week at the studio or in your home. Your trainer will guide you through your workout using your individualized training plan, monitor critical body stats, and guide your through a cool down that focuses on mindfulness and stress relief. Packages include nutrition guidance to ensure that your fitness goals are met in the most efficient manner possible. Say hello to a new year and a new you.

45Flex Small Group Class:
We also offer small group training with a focus on metabolic training, body weight exercises, and conditioning training w/ an element of mindfulness. Classes are small to help each client get the attention they need.
